Using espresso would make it a latte. Drip coffee (I recommend strong) makes it cafe au lait.

I have some leftover lasagna from Maggiano's (sp?) that I can't wait to revisit. They even threw in some extra sauce and bread.

A friend's Mom had one of these growing up. She would fill em up, and we just had to throw em in the skillet. It was fast and easy for us...not sure if filling them was so easy for her.
