I actually bought this book a while ago but haven't had much reading time lately (and I'm still reading The Omnivore's Dilemma). I'll bump it up on my reading list and get started.

"Seasoning shortcuts" usually involve a lot of sodium, preservatives, etc. I'd rather do it myself.
