I like it. I think it is a bit expensive, but it is a great way to display special ornaments, or to add cheer to a buffet or sideboard without using candles.
I find the movie to be haunting and disturbing to this day. I saw it in high school and was really upset by it. I get it, but I wish I didn't. I too find it horribly misogynistic.
I like the colors and poster, but would prefer the appliances to be hidden behind a door or curtain as well. It's nice to see the space decorated and painted even if covered most of the time.
It looks like a good idea, but I would also be concerned about the structural integrity of the side once the slats are removed. When a toddler gets big enough to get out of the crib either because...
Wow. What a great place. I like both versions and love to see someone have fun decorating (and re-decorating) their place. It is truly inspirational and you show a sophisticated eye for blending...
I like it. I think it feels calm and light and tasteful. I think the neutral palette compliments the space and furniture.
The only negative comments I have are about the rug (ditto ...
This is a thumbs down for me too. Can you say claustrophobia? I agree with the comments about airflow. I just don't see the benefit to this, particularly when you consider the potential downfall...
I got one of them for Christmas a couple of years ago and it stopped working after a couple of months. Don't bother. We now have an air popper, which I prefer to the pot on the stove method becau...
My advice: Avoid area rugs under the table. I had FLOR tiles under the table and thought I could just swap them out, clean them and then replace. Yeah, well that gets old doing it day after day. ...
I like laurarich's apartment (9 & 10) and think it is a great representation of what you can do with a modest amount of money and a furniture rearrangement. Now the room isn't focused around the T...

I completely agree with mei-ling. This home is what I think of when I hear "COLOR contest." Fabulous and inspirational.

What a hoot! Thank you for posting this. I was having a really horrible day and then saw this. It put a smile on my face. :-)

Ick. Imagine cleaning that. Not to mention drinking water out of that. I don't see how it is a "green" design.

Adorable - great idea.
We eat in the dining room. It was just too easy to get in the habit of turning on the tube and zoning out while we eat.

Well done - it's adorable.
I too do not get it. I find the pictures and sequence really confusing. I'm sorry but I also find the space cluttered and disjointed.
Kind icky.
I'm not trying to pile on here, but fabric-covered cabinets in the kitchen is yucky. Greasy fingers, grease in the air, flour dust, etc.
I completely agree with the navigation complaint.
