I love my Envirosax bags! I got em off eBay for cheap. I like that they DON'T come in a pouch because that creates another step to getting them open and putting them away.

Like mcb23, I made these using half whole wheat flour and half regular white bleached flour plus raisins. It came out perfectly moist! Wow! I am going to freeze some for those snack attack moments.

This is good for cold lunches, but I bring to work dinner leftovers that need to be microwaved. Providing glass containers in the kit would make it more versatile.
