It appears to be a small scale version of this table from Roomand Board (which I love, but can't talk myself into affording):
I just picked up the grey version from DWR during the 10% off sale. I'm stunned by how well made it is... It's HEAVY and solid and will last forever. I looked at both the CB2 and West Elm versions ...
