Once, for a friend's birthday dinner, my husband made sage waffles with confit chicken legs, served with a drizzle of pure maple syrup- it was amaaaaaazing!
depends on the season- in the summer, it's blackberry or fresh strawberry (with at least 4 inches of fresh whipped cream on top), and in the winter it's pumpkin pie all the way.
