"The bottom line is, I'm not assertive enough to share a space, so I will never do it again."
This is totally key. I could never share spaces because I'm not an assertive enough person...
Fresh air and sunlight naturally keep fabrics and homes feeling fresh and clean. You can smell it when you walk into a home that doesn't have windows open often. Yuck! Fresh air please!
This is really interesting for me as I am about to move into a similarly not-that-bad-but-somewhat-unsafe neighborhood. Good tip on the GPS thing, I never would have thought of that.
I universally forget at least one thing before I leave. I always hated it when my mother would ask me, "Now, what are you forgetting!" Ma, if I knew that, I wouldn't be forgetting it, would I? :P

Gorgeous curtains for gorgeous windows. Good layout, doesn't feel too cramped. Effective limited use of colour. This is what Small Cool is all about
So clean and calm, but with colour!
Soothing colour, great light
I am also definitely stealing the jewellery storage as art. Are those just canvases?
Love it love it
This place makes me feel better about my stuff which some feel is too cluttered. I love this place, totally cosy.

100% binge cleaner. Chore charts always seem to disappear...

BTW I think this is absolutely gorgeous and I am thinking it may be a nice solution to my boring walls! I love the shade of blue.
Did you choose contact paper because it would leave sharper lines than simply taping the design before painting?
Duh moment is right! How did I not think of this already??
I love Violet Plaster, so girly and dreamy!
This lady is so precious!
Love it!!!
