Unfortunately cheap and budget-friendly are not always equivalent phrases. If a designer is involved, $10,000 for one room would be a tight budget, especially if new furniture is needed.
Open the windows as frequently as possible. For soft furnishings you could try sprinkling baking soda over the surface and vacuuming off after 20 minutes. I wouldn't do this on protein-based fiber...
Well, I just bought a Nordicware half sheet pan from Walmart that proclaims "we practice green manufacturing". I'm not sure how "green" working aluminum can be. At least it was made in the US.
Fully air the sheets for an hour in the morning. Throw all the blankets on the floor and flip the top sheet over all the way off the end of the bed. Make the bed if so desired.
