I agree with the first post. The wreath is tacky. It's not "Christmassy" and it would look odd year round. I love peacock feathers and those jewel tones, but this...dumb.
I agree with bepsf. The paper absolutely must be removed (I can't imagine anyone would argue in favor of it) and that the steamer is your best bet.

A punch of color is great- but I'd prefer a different combination. Something with more dignity- like indigo blue and orangy-red.

Heavens no! Milwaukee is where the culture is. SUCH a diverse population and quite eclectic architecturally.
Same- I use both. However, growing up, my parents kept everything in one huge drawer.
