i've used moleskins for awhile. they are expensive but i find that my journals last a couple months to a year - so it better be high enough quality to get jostled around in my bag for a long while...

I think it's important to remember that this is a Hand-Blown Object. This is an incredibly difficult skill to acquire, not to mention expensive in terms of studio time and materials.
