I'm curing from Victoria. I did a big reno last year and ran out of gas before I finished. This cure I'm focusing on getting everything completed (trim, paint touch ups etc.) Good incentive!

Douglas Fir is still used everywhere in BC! I have Fir floors and absolutely love them.

You poll leaves out the wood species of the pacific northwest - Fir! I have fir floors and they are lovely. Douglas Fir is used everywhere here, and it can be gorgeous, especially left unstained.
