i dont know what paella is but everyone thinks its great! I would grate cheese personally for lots of casseroles! enchiladas, meatball casserole,meat casserole,fajitas!!! MMMM

I would use the grill for steaks or hamburgers maybe try to do some paninis! Dutch oven for stew, soup chili spaghretti!
