The average person would be stunned to see the size of an actual healthy portion of meat. By sticking to correct portion sizes, I can feed my family of four three meals with one chicken.
MMmmmm... I love a hot and runny soft boiled egg, all squooshed up with a little butter, then scooped up on my toast.
Over easy and sunny side up will do just as well though.

We live in Peru, and have this for lunch about once a week, with rice and fried eggs. It's my kids' favorite meal.
