i agree with everyone else who cited the new site's impersonal feel. it's busy and cluttered and just flat-out yucky. i hate it. i'm feeling like a target consumer with all the ads.

while i haven't tried it yet, i have recently read that sprinkling baking soda on the carpet, letting it sit for 30 minutes, then vacuuming it up can really help absorb odors that seep into carpet....
