years ago i got a placemat for my dog's food and water. so instead of cleaning just the floor, i then had to clean the floor and placemat, so i got rid of it.

my bedroom walls, carpet, and sheets are all white, but i do have a dark wood bedroom set. i love it. it's so peaceful and quiet.

i had the white one as a nightstand as a teenager. with all it's storage componants, it enabled my packrat tendencies.

my dog goes whereever she wants. i just keep sheets on the furniture for easy clean up (and remove them when company's over).

My dog likes to hang out on my furniture too. i'm not sure about cleaning upolstery so i just keep a sheet on top for her to lay on. like dm, i just remove the sheets for company.

i love an all white bed. i stumbled into it by accident when i needed something quickly and all that was available was white. There's something so welcoming and soothing about an all white bed.

i have a smallish wicker basket that i put old ripped clothes in for her and she's quite happy there when not on my furniture.
