I made these a couple weeks ago on my silpat and that worked just fine for me, they just needed to cool completely once they were out of the oven. So good!

Question for all. I've always thought about using the leftovers for stock, but I've also heard that using a store-bought chicken makes the stock taste acrid. Is that true? Thoughts?

Aperol! Mix with Henrdricks Gin (or your choice) a bit of tonic, lime and a splash of grapefuit juice. Such a great drink.
Love having Lillet and St. Germain around as well.
