i saw this picture and thought "what's my dog doing in your house?"
our Banjo is a doggelganger for yours. even down to the nose stripe. and she lies like that on furniture, too.
which liebherr is it and where did you get it? i'm having a hell of a time finding this one in the NYC area (plus i want it in black, which i'm thinking might be impossible). sigh.
i grew up in a passive solar house where we had minimal windows on the north side, and when you're in the house you never noticed b/c of so much light coming from one side of the house (open plan) ...

they've gotten meh reviews, but Lovesac makes something similar. it's a chain, there's a number of stores around. I like them but i don't like their upholstery options.
egg salad for sure...maybe vegetables to put in an omelet or frittata, and definitely chopped salad (everything salads) from my CSA, once it gets started!

I would get some brackets like these from ikea, route a notch down the center to hold the cord (or just staple it onto the top, if it's hung high enough). nice thing about these, you can paint them...
i love the plunger kind and there were some others that the sound-holes for the speaker fanned out in a super MOD graduated dot pattern.

considering flor's stance on recycling and reusing, i can't imagine they'd be offended by this diy project. It's not like someone is exploiting them and selling large quantities of these for a profit.
Just because something is esoteric, it's still a fun problem, and I like seeing people apply their creativity here to all types of problems, from the common to the esoteric.

russel, what did your friend end up going with? i have the same problem, and the sactionals looked feasible but i haven't seen them in person.
