My mom has one. They make quick work of perfect skinny slivers of things like scallions for Korean scallion pancakes. Kind of a uni-tasker but it's a good one!

Rather than use harsh chemicals when cleaning, make your own green all-purpose cleanser: mix 1/2 teaspoon washing soda, 2 teaspoons borax, 1/2 teaspoon liquid soap (like castille soap), and 2 cups...

Sometimes I store sugar with a vanilla bean or two in it. Great for coffee. But cinnamon toast sounds brilliant!

I make my own all-purpose cleaner. 1/2 t washing soda, 2 t borax, 1/2 t liquid soap, 2 c hot water (to dissolve). I put it in a spray bottle and use it for everyday cleaning of counters and sinks...

I went back home and made some eggs with toast and homemade butter (the product of a bored Sunday afternoon).

There's this product that let's you paint on a stainless steel finish. I haven't tried it but you can also order a sample to check out before committing. A kit for a fridge costs $130-150. Maybe...
