Osso buco, served with a nice simple risotto with porcini.
My favorite tea is sencha from the Uji prefecture which I buy online from Ippodo.
Buying direct from Acme gets you the fish, but you have to slice it yourself. That is not easy! You end up with too-thick uneven slices, terribly inappropriate for the delicacy of the salmon.
I would grow tarragon, something that I crave, but in quantities too small to buy at the green market... just a few leaves when I need them!
