I definitely second the vote for Fine Cooking--I adore this magazine, and I feel like it's one of the few that I actually cook out of (rather than just enjoying the pictures and articles!).
The only thing I'd worry about using it in is in things that really shouldn't be at all salty, like buttercream frosting. (I used salted butter in frosting once by mistake and it was really gross....

Just wanted to let you know I tried this salad and it is AMAZING! Yum. A great use for the millions of Meyer lemons on our tree! :)
