Since it's rental - and sooo ugly IMO, I'd just pick up a bunch of drywall and paint that - then figure out how to adhese it temporarily to the walls. (someone suggested poster adhesive?)

I just purchased the "Besta" unit from Ikea, which is really nice - and it was easy to set up.

I was at Kohl's last night, and they had a set of 3 tealight candle holders in little rocks. I think they were 10 bucks. Couldnt find them on their website, though.
