Malm is really sturdy. I've had mine for almost 3 years now i think and I've jumped on it and abused it in many ways. it's still perfect.

word to the wise....anything that supposedly "cleans out TOXINS" is total bs...your body is pretty good about getting rid of any so called "toxins" that could do you any harm.

I'd say i spend at least 95% of my non-working/non-sleeping hours watching tv. If it's on I'm watching it. I don't know what i would do without it, and have no desire to change it.
