it looks custom built to me - the way it is set right into the niche like that. the good news is it looks pretty simple - a carpenter could recreate it pretty easily i would think.
a good cheap way to get utensil holders is to check out the gardening/outdoor section of your local super store. a lot of them are similar sizes, without the "kitchen accessories" price tag.

This is ok, but the first time I see a picture from the set of My Two Dads on here, I give up.
