I'm a big fan of backing up everything to external hard drives. Most of my life is contained on 3 externals, which have saved me more than once.

I am a songwriter and use my computer to record tunes. Multi-track recording files take up a lot of space. I also have a large music collection. I need all the storage I can get.
I had to have my hard drive replaced in my laptop, and it was a long 3 days. Not to mention I lost everything on the drive (Luckily all the important stuff is backed up to a separate drive).
My sister is having a baby in a couple of weeks, so baby clothes and baby blankets are on the grand to do list.
