I throw a towel over it. Not as fancy and probably not as effective as techniques listed above, but it is definitely an improvement over open air.

We have too many gizmos in our lives, and I have to say this is right up there with the most gizmoish I have seen. But that black and white cat is super cute!

Greek yogurt is great, but so is normal yogurt strained in a cheesecloth or coffee filter. No different in any way I can discern except that it's way cheaper.
