I would recommend NEVER to use any public grills in Berkeley...man, the things I've seen homeless or drunken frat boys do would give you nightmares.

Carrie too, you don't need anything special to rinse the starch off rice. Any bowl will do the job. Just add water and swish the rice around with your hand. Then drain.

sprinkle with basil or time.
place under broil for a few minutes.

She loved that I left her boiled eggs and chopped chicken breasts so that she could eat them in a salad, sandwich, wrap, or as snack by themselves.
that pig looks like it has already bee roasted....the cardboard box helps soak up the excess oil and fat.
...and it looks DELICIOUS!
