Agree with saucymonkey and sassydo. I feel these typewriteres are around just to give the owner some vintage and artsy cred. Unless you do use it or it serves some purpose other than looking cool...
This is one of my all time favorite house tours. Fun, quirky and definitely inspirational. I love the makeup stand or whatever it really is in the bathroom - amazing!
While I love the look of it, the enclosed stove in #1 would bug the heck out of me. I have pots and pans with handles (some long) and having a wall a few inches away would block the way!
My husband and I are pretty much on a schedule. We have bamboo floors in the kitchen and we vaccuum, then use the bona system every 2 weeks. We don't cook a whole lot.

I love to drizzle just a tad bit of hot sesame oil on top! Yum! A lot of people also drop in a hard boiled egg or just crack open the egg while cooking.
Sometimes I use leftover buttons to give new life to older clothes.
I shop at Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc...sometimes all the item needs is a little change in buttons and its looks...
