Spossberg - good idea for the yogurt starter!
As far as my freezer: a loaf of homemade bread, stock, green curry, veggie burgers, bread crumbs, and probably some way too old meat.
Made this for dinner last night -- had been saving some broccoli stalks in the freezer for something like this.

Does one really freeze stock in ice cube trays? It makes sense for things like pesto where one cube is a serving, but stock?
