as far as stamps go...I forgoe (sp?) the "cute stamps" for the lifetime first class stamps, that way if I ever misplace them (which I do fairly often) I can use them whenever they pop back up again!
I'm torn between either making the awkward corner either a reading space or a plant space...

I think that now-adays because of the risk to small children (crawling/falling into the chute) that installing laundry chutes is not up to code. I'm not 100% sure of that though.
