We're using Wishpot for one of our wedding registries. It works great! We've had no complaints thus far :)
I add it to whipped cream instead of vanilla. I also use it to flavor boxes of white cake mix.
It's expensive, but triple paned glass will let you have a streamlined look sans window treatments.
