missmouse - i think the adhesive attaches the hooks to the bowls, not the bowls to the wall - so you just remove each bowl from the nail it's hanging on and submerge in water to dissolve the glue

the tops definitely look like the Mulhauser - but i've never seen them with four-leg bases - they usually have the single swivel base, like an Eames lounge chair. maybe it's been frankensteined? ...
i own the rocking chair from overstock - as well as a vintage eames one. while the overstock version is clearly not as nice (the seat is thinner/plastic-ky), it's a great substitution for the kid...
