The chair in the bedroom (as well as the bed itself) look student-living-in-the-dorm sloppy, not minimalistic.
Seems too much like a hotel - too devoid of personal effects, including the sterile kitchen.
Also, the coffee table is too small for the living room and the couch.

While this is certainly a well thought-out place, it felt a bit too austere to me.
Wow, this is what I call small. Great job - the apartment is tiny, yet you make it work really well.
