I am a huge fan of adding oats to pancakes! And always using real maple syrup, even though I grew up on Log Cabin and the real stuff is pricey. It's worth it!

I make a great veggie stir-fry with lemon grass: peanut coconut milk with tempeh, snow peas, red peppers and cilantros. Sooooo good.
