I've tried my best to keep the oven and stove off this weekend - Friday night was shrimp ceviche w/ popcorn, and last night was tofu salad with a creamy miso dressing. Check out both plates at:
First, you should make a cheesecake. You could cook down the cranberries so they have a nice texture and top the cheesecake with it. What do you think about that?
Oh pleeeeease let me win this set! I would make seafood gumbo with the dutch oven, or grilled lamb chops with the grill pan, or enchilada casserole with the roaster, the list goes on....

I had the last slice of an apple and pear crostata, and it was delish. That was accompanied by a cup of chai with half & half and honey.
My #1 favorite is roasted butternut squash soup with apple and ginger. My second choice would be tomato orange soup.
