I have several old BH&G cookbooks. The photos are spectacular and somewhat disgusting at the same time! Love to look at all the congealed salads, even though I'd never eat one.

Banana pudding. Easy to put together, easy to transport, people want to lick the bowl before you take it home. Gross, but flattering.
Pulled pork. And roast beef. So wonderful for a working mom to walk in the door at 4:30 and smell food that's ALREADY COOKED.
