If I'm headed to the gym in the wee hours before work I find that laying out my workout outfit is essential and helps motivate me to get out of bed and to the gym!
I voted one based on the price point. It the majority of the material used is free or close to it then the price should reflect a more reasonable rate - especially since there doesn't seem to be m...
I think it makes the table part look like a tiny stage. All you'd need to complete the vignette would be a figurine of a stand-up comedian and a tiny microphone.
I have a massive glass-fronted antique china cabinet that is super-useful and holds a ton of dishes, glassware and table linens, but I bought it at a time when I was more into traditional furniture...
Unless you're totally opposed to vintage/used, try searching for Geneva Metal Cabinets - they were a popular brand back int he day and a search I just tried seemed to pull up a number of different ...
Phew! I drove past the old Patina a month or so ago and was afraid that they were closing up shop entirely. Glad it's just a move, but I hope the new location doesn't mean all the fantastic prices...
Ha! I always leave my cat sitter a long list of the places my cats might hide while I'm away - in my sweater shelves, under the bed, under the covers on the bed, in the bookshelf, in the bathtub, t...

The tile looks like 3/4" marble. I found something similar in a range of browns at Tile Outlet in Chicago - I'd imaging a large tile shop in SF would have something similar.

If you live near any Indian areas/neighborhoos try looking in the sari shops and houseware stores.
Wow! Great collection and well presented too. Unfortunately like Cassis I can't get over the use of 'family' as a verb. It's so bad it makes me itchy.
Sometimes when I see the furniture here I want to cry because all the beautiful wood is covered up with paint. Obviously not my aesthetic.
I bought a fantastic old brass/glass mail drop slot from an office builing here a few years ago - it's a fun place to visit.
Funny - we were just talking about repainting.
After using one of the cheap-y disposable raosters this past weekend whan I made a stuffed turkey breast, a real, nice roaster would be a treat!

Very similar to the designs of New Orleans artist/designer Abe Geasland http://abegeasland.com/home.html
I second Praha! Plus there are a couple of other antique shops near them that are worth a visit.
Aha! I need to buy a housewarming gift and these are perfect!

They are molds for rubber toys - try looking up that as a keyword search on eBay.

Surprisingly so!
