@BassoonBuffoon Thanks! I actually the artwork with wine, but the way they dried makes it look like coffee or tea. I just love them - thanks for noticing!
Personally, I wouldn't paint them - I couldn't handle the guilt.
I'd start by changing out the hardware, painting the wall (even if it's just a less stark white) and getting a new rug....
This weekend is all about comfort food. Tonight I'm making mac 'n cheese with roasted carrots, onion and garlic stirred in. Along side we'll have a crisp romaine salad. YUM!
