I was looking forward to learning something about recipe writing and testing. This post revealed nothing, except that the author is quite self-centered.

Now that someone pointed it out, that missing column throws everything off. Why not make a fake one? I second all the paint rec's especially the gold - I think that would work great. I do wonder...

I like Astrid's suggestions - now I want a non-food tureen too. For serving, I use my le Creuset. It's table-to-stove cookware, don't you know?

Is there any way to make this in 1 pan? I'd sure hate to dirty 2 pans for a simple meal. Maybe cook the shallots in the same pan that was used for the chicken?
