I live behind one of their production plants and their noise drives me crazy! I've tried their yogurt before but it never really left much of a mark on me. I guess I'll have to try it again.

Does anyone have a recipe for making these?? What proportion of peppers to water/salt/sugar/citric acid would I use? The store bought ones are delicious but I'd love to make my own using local prod...
