I have one of these and I love it mostly because it's fun to use. Sometimes I cheat and buy the pre-peeled garlic and this little guy saves me from having to clean a cutting board and knife.

I've made a similar recipe that can be found at the site I've posted below a few times to rave reviews. It's similar but includes rice krispies for a bit of crunch.
