I just put down Marmoleum click in my kitchen. They have held up great all during lots of contractors walking through the kitchen. Really easy to install, by the way.

I have a chair very similar to this that I used as an upolstery class project. You should totally do it yourself, so fun and so easy. Get some great fabric and go for it!

When you list it, you might mention that mitchell gold makes slipcovers. would maybe make a difference if someone wouldn't have to reupholster the chair.
