I like to arrange via color. In my opinion it looks neater, and it's surprisingly easy to find what I'm looking for.
I do clump all my cookbooks together, though.
We're returning a growler (it's like a jug of beer) to the local brewery and getting a refill. Fewer resources used than individual beers, and a nice way to support a local business.

Every year we venture up to Portland for the Brewfest. Heck, we love beer, but we love Portland more and it's all the excuse we need to go to our favorite city every year.

We too have these planted in our front yard...they are thriving and lord knows I don't water them much. I'm glad to see them here on AT.
