I know the rules were changed, but 850 sq ft is only small if you have a family of 6.
Totally do-able. We have a slightly larger space (almost 650 square ft.) and our daughter just turned 4.
Gave it up years ago. LOVED the look. *Hated* the chalk dust.
850 is HUGE... Small and cool, not smallest coolest, unless there is a family of 6 inhabiting the place.
And one of the highest murder rates in CA to boot!
Most of these spaces are for singles or couples. How about finding families w/children living in less than 600 sq ft?
