Last month I walked into a Fromagerie in Paris where almost all of the cheese was pre-cut and wrapped in plastic wrap.
I was horrified!
And I left immediately.

The local winemakers here in France offer some amazing AOC wines in BIB. We love them! They are great "house wine."
I made a wonderful sorbet with greengage plums - also called Reine-Claude plums.
