It's wonderful-- I use mine for a coat rack (coats with the little loops on the neck only). I can put SO many on there, mostly because they don't fall off easily. Great storage saver.
Just be careful of the cord. My friend, on her first time out with the bush cutter, cut through the extension cord. No electrocution, thankfully, but a lesson learned.
That bench is fabulous! Definitely an ikea hack waiting to happen. I went with the standard covered litter box, and that really reduced the spillovers and litter spray. Really though, it was only o...
A friend of mine did this too. But if you didn't flush soon enough, there would be protesting. Guess the cat didn't like the smell. I haven't trained my cats to do this; I'll just stick with the li...
It seems a temporary fix at best. Temporary as in a night or two. What's to keep the ones on the wall, frame, floor, sheets, etc from making a home on top the sheet?
How about a fold-up counter? It could fold down to go against the cabinets. I'd think that for small regular meals that don't require much space you wouldn't need to use it. But if you have a large...
Is it really that big a deal? If you see something that looks like something you've already read, then don't read it. I don't think it happens enough to make AT lowered in credibility or seem repet...
Oh please! I just graduated grad school, am up to my eyebrows in student debt, and am living in a small, less than 300 sq foot apartment. It's dark, but quaint and lovely. I love living small, but ...
I'm winerack-less, so my bottles are slowly turning to vinegar... which means I have to drink the wine since I cannot store it. The Winescape would save me from drinking problems. Help? Please? It'...
You know, this could be something someone with a large enough drill bit and some trial and error could do a knock-off of.... Plus, then you could paint or stain it to match your place!
Actually, it's probably the most useful bookshelf I've ever owned. I don't keep only books on it... I spaced the shelves differently so that I could store various things. And, where there are books...
I built my own for about $15. Get one long 2x4 the height of the bookshelf you want, and have another 2x4 cut. If you want all your shelves equal distance apart (ie: 1 foot), then get a bunch of 1 ...
Unless your studs are metal, the only metal on a wood stud would be the nails holding the studs themselves together or the nails holding the drywall in. Wouldn't it depend upon the type of nail? Or...
Just a note on clamp's CA rule: A lot of states have indigenous tree restrictions, so be careful (that's the type of rule that got the people clamp talked about in trouble). but really, this could ...
If you mean something like roman blinds, you can pretty easily make these yourself. Most fabric stores sell the backing with the loops, so all you have to do is buy the fabric, sew on the backing, ...
The rest of the pictures are beautiful, but that top pic... I think I'd wake up in the middle of the night and get spooked. Come on! Big creepy tree glaring at me? Ok... feeling wimpish...

Look on overstock.com-- last time I was there, they had a few panels.

Depends; what window do you open the most? When I had my couch in front of the window, I found it harder to get to the window to open.

Help me, please, on my New Year's Resolution to brighten my apartment!

I'm all the way out in Eugene, OR! The internet knows no distance (except in shipping costs...).
