I used Behr's Ocean Pearl, which I thought was a taupey light grey, but ended up a crisp pale blue... love it in my bedroom!
(I also had it mixed into Dutch Boy's Refresh Base)
with only the items shown and the purchase of some yellow spray paint...
move the candles to the right corner and take one of the glass hurricanes off the wood stand to vary the height...
