Are we sure the painting above the bed is of her? To me it just looks like an Indian woman - it could be anyone.
That swing in the apartment isn't 'kinky' at all. It's a very, very ol...
I agree with Akay. Long flowing curtains on a simple curtain rod would really soften the rooms and you could keep the shades and blinds you have now to keep out light, or install some new simple bl...
I have one in my front closet, to store shoes I don't wear regularly, and also my exercise equipment (dumb bells, etc.). They're out of the way, but having a cart on wheels makes it easily accessib...
A retro-style light fixture in the ceiling, grey-blue paint for the walls, removing or painting the railing, and a funky tile backsplash that incorporates all your colours would look lovely. Please...
I really don't like how books piled up in a fireplace look. It would be different if there was some shelving installed in there, but as it is, it looks like a massive book burning is going to take ...
I think the colours as they are, with a bright red door, would look fantastic. Also, I think that once you've invested some time and effort in to the landscaping (lush greenery, a large tree in the...

Wouldn't the soap start to get... Er... Soapy when the room gets humid and wet from long showers? Not to mention, dust would accumulate on each bar of soap, and that would be almost impossible to c...

Love it.
