Speaking of decor chains...the Anthropologie store in Rockefeller center has the Astrid chair on sale for $519. Might be able to get another 25% off of that given the upholstery sale...

Wow. This looks like a lost cause. I'd go to Build It Green in Queens and get a cool vintage sink (maybe $30 tops) and a new faucet...
