Thanks for the comments everyone! We ended up painting the the three shelves--one navy, one red, and one blue. I hung one over the changing table. I'm still considering what to do with the others.
This room is adorable. I especially love the green dresser. I'm dying to paint a piece of furniture for my girls. I'd also love to know where (or how you made) the knobs that are holding up the let...
Growing up, we always had a silver tree, but now we have a traditional green artificial tree. I'll never have a real tree because I'm allergic, but even if I wasn't, I love the ease and versatility...
Back to the question posed. If I were a master carpenter, I would totally make my own child's crib. But I'm not, so I'll leave it to the professionals to make a sturdy, cute, stylish crib for me.
I agree with Griffin. I'm not that color, and if they're trying to mimic natural breasts, they should branch out on the nipple colors. I do, though, love the idea and will probably try them out wit...
If I got these, I think I would use stencils and do fun cut-outs. I already want to do little birds on the wall of the nursery. It would be an added bonus to have mirrored birds near the changing t...
Eek, that price is a little steep (even though I absolutely love the Gio sheets). Everyone should check out babybedding.com. They have lots of sheets in solids and patterns. Plus they sell everythi...
I don't think you should do matching cribs necessarily, but definitely stay within the same dark wood family. I think it would be nice to see complimentary cribs instead of matching ones.

I just bought this stool so I'd have an easier time getting into bed. When I move it to the nursery, I'm definitely doing this!

I love the mirrors by the changing table. How do you have those mounted?
This is very soothing and happy. I love it!

This room just makes me smile! And I agree with everyone, the wine rack turned blanket holder is an ingenious idea.
That hippo roman shade is wonderful! And I absolutely love the mobile over the toddler bed. Where can I get one?
I love the trim color and the door. With such a vibrant color, of course white walls work!
I keep coming back to look at this nursery, and it's really starting to grow on me. I love that all the color is everywhere but on the walls!
Young America furniture is not very wallet-conscious, but it is well-constructed and brightly colored! htt...
