I love that they mixed gold and silver accents. I've been thinking about using a glaze paint finish on some furniture pieces - anyone know of a 'how to' link and how difficult it is?

We are buying our first apartment so I feel like I can finally invest in some nice furniture without worrying if it will fit in the next rental, etc. Do any resources exist for getting used design...
